Typically Applications:

Used as insulating linings for ultrahigh temperature middle frequency furnace or other kilns beyond 2000-2200°c.

Used as lining material of hot face in 1400-1600°c ceramic kilns etc.

The working temperature of zirconia hollow ball and its products can reach to more than 2500°C,can remain stable in oxidation or reduction atmosphere,for some metal solution and slag,this type of product has great erosion resistance. Moreover, it has conductivity at 1000°C or more. Zirconia hollow brick was used for fire super and hard high-temperature furnace lining.this brick can be also used for other working lining of the ultra-high temperature furnace.
